Introduction
On the 26th of April 2011, Flavia del Monte launched Full-Body-Licious, a fitness product for women. Following the success of her first outing with her husband Vince del Monte in their co-released wedding workout videos, many having been asking her to release a training specially for women. What exactly is Full-Body-Licious?
Flavia has created the Full-Body-Licious exercise program based on a system that she devised for herself. This same system has helped her bring her own body fat down from 18% to 13.4% in a mere 10 weeks while working out at the Powerhouse Gym, Tampa, Florida.

As you can see, the program itself is broken down into five parts. Each part is a 60 minute session specially designed to give your entire body and full workout while at the same time targeting a key muscle group. The idea is that by the end of each week, you will have worked out all your major muscle groups using a wide variety of exercises and techniques. By doing this you will be burning through a large amount of calories through the heightened metabolism rate and you will also be developing your muscles.
This program's content is delivered entirely in video format and Flavia herself stars in each of the videos. She demoes each routine so you don't need to worry about not being able to visualize how to do it. Another thing provided is printouts for each DVD that contains pictures of the exercise along with the amount of sets and repetitions you're supposed to do. I think this printout is a thoughtful addition and will be useful for people that want to have the information at hand when travelling.
Will it deliver the results?
Early this year, Flavia invited a group of 95 ladies to participate in a scaled down version of Full-Body-Licious. All the women involved had different backgrounds and experienced varying success with this program. While this is not a complete guarantee that it will work for you, but there is a good chance that if you are willing to put in the work required, you will see the results. Here are a few examples of the kind of results other women are getting:
Cathy is a 50 year old who found the exercise routines a good challenge and had enough variety while the eating plan was something doable. By going through Flavia's program, she managed to lose 16.8 pounds and 4 inches from her waist. Also, she says that it has been a long while since she has been in such great shape.

What else do I need to keep in mind?
At this moment, this product is only available as a digital download. The good thing about this is that you can download the training videos straight after you've paid for it. On the other, quite a number of people will want to be able to pop this in their DVD player and do their workout along with the video playing.
If you are one of these people who prefer a physical product, then you might want to skip it till such time that one is available. The other option is to convert the videos to the appropriate format and burn it to DVDs yourself or have someone do it for you. The videos are DVD quality so it should translate well into physical DVDs.
Conclusion
I know some might say that having a fitness product for women is unneccessary. Is there a difference? Well, there is a big difference in both the physique and goals of men and women when it comes to bodybuilding. Flavia definitely does not follow the same training that her husband does because of this and so she has come up with her own system. I think this is one of the most complete fitness product I've seen in a while whether for men or women.
Pills and diet plans might help you to lose weight, but you might just end up thin and not achieve that toned look. Following Flavia's program is no walk in the park, but through it you will become fitter and live healthier, not to mention your body will be looking great as well.
